Your Bouquet!

Why it's vital to pick a bouquet close to your heart???
Think of your wedding bouquet as an accessory that adds the finishing flourish to your overall look.

Weather your style is classic, glamorous or feminine, your bouquet should reflect your personality. It will be the focal point as you make your entrance and will add allure to some of your most precious photographs.

These are some of my favorites bouquets, from traditional bunches, contemporary chic to simple and elegant.

I love, love flowers :)

Indian Wedding!

Indian weddings are filled with color, love and joy!

Regardless of the specific style of attire an Indian bride chooses, her outfit will definitely be very ornate with heavy beading, embroidery, linings and intricate patterns...This is because a wedding day is a woman's day to shine, and elaborate decorations demonstrate what a jewel and treasure she is!

Dream in Color!

Thinking adding color to your wedding gown???

While white wedding dresses remain the most popular choice for many brides, colored wedding dresses are growing in popularity and offer many outstanding options for women who want a stunning wedding style.

Colored wedding gowns don't need to be shocking. A colored sash, bow, colored flowers, appliques and colored edging can still add color while keeping the "traditional" feel of the wedding dress.

So if you dream in color, don't be afraid to go for bolder colors and fully colored gowns...

Be daring with color!

Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Humphries!

We are hearing and hearing so many gossip lately about Kim Kardashian wedding, so here is my report according to all those magazines and tv news...

Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries got married Saturday evening at a private estate in Montecito, California. A lavish wedding celebration that was over the top according to E-Celebrity News!

Kim looked gorgeous in a beautiful strapples Vera Wang gown with a full skirt and chantilly lace paired with a long white veil with a diamond circlet and a massive train...According to E! Kim wore three different Vera Wang wedding gowns during her wedding and reception.

Her bridesmaids, including her sisters Kloe and Kourtney wore ivory gowns from Vera Wang.

But what about the handsome groom??? Well, Humphries wore a white tuxedo jacket, black tuxedo pants and a white tux shirt with white bow tie, all designed by Ermenegildo Zegna and in keeping with the wedding's black and white theme.

The entire wedding was white and black, and thousands of white roses were incorporated into the décor. The same theme was present for the reception.

Their families, friends and all their famous guest included Ryan Seacrest, Julianne Hough, Demi Lovato, Lindsay Lohan, George Lopez, Brittny Gastineau, Eva Langoria, Mario Lopez and Sugar Ray Leonard were there to share their lovely union.

Well, this is your Celebrity gossip for today :)

Congratulations to Kim & Kris!

Let's Cheer for the Groomsmen!

Are you going to be wearing colored shoes on your wedding day? Are you thinking of outfitting the men in argyle socks?
You should!
Add some fun to their outfits with colorful stripe socks or argyle socks. Argyle pattern has been used in the early day which started in England and in the US after the world war one. They’re such a big trend with wedding parties and they make for a great groomsman gift! This lovely trend had become very popular no wonder it captivates the eyes of the person when looking at wedding pictures.

Signature Drink!

Want to add a twist to your big day??? How about a signature drink...
Having a signature drink can also add personality and uniqueness to your wedding, but most of all your guest will love it!
You can also match colors from your wedding with the color of your signature drink, for example like a blue martini.

So don't be afraid to spend some time researching for your signature drink or better jet have your bartender created one for your big day.

Here is one of my favorite recipe, specially for a summer wedding

1 fresh pineapple
8 ounces white rum
1 cup of ice cubes
4 ounces simple syrup
Splash lime juice
3 fresh mint sprigs, leaves only

Directions
Using a sharp knife, remove the pineapple's tough outer skin and eyes. Remove and discard core. Cut pineapple into cubes so they fit in a blender. Put pineapple, rum, ice cubes, simple syrup, lime juice, and mint in the blender. Process until you have a smooth puree.
So yummy and scrupmtious!

Welcome to the Trunk Show!

What is so great about a trunk show?
Most bridal shows don't carry a designer's entire line of gowns. But at a trunk show the entire collection is available to be touched and tried on...Often the designer is even on hand to help (which is a real treat)... Another bonus: there are usually special events or extra deals surrounding these shows.

If you're seriously shopping and want proper attention, you should make an appointment (some salons won't event let your browse without one) Once in the dressing room, "I'll just try it" is your new motto...

2nd Anual Tables Extraordinaire

Good Morning Everyone

Last week I have the opportunity to attend the 2nd Anual Tables Extraordinaire in Maitland. This was my second year attending this amazing event; strolling through spectacular tablescapes featuring glamorous table settings for any special occasions.

I have a great time chatting and meeting other folks at the event. After my tour I hit to the reception hall where they were selling Greek pastries and food, I took my favorite dessert home Greek baklava, which was so yummy!

The great thing about the event was that a portion of the proceeds was to benefit the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central FL.

OK hold onto your hats ladies and gentlemen, because I have a feeling you are just going to love these pictures from last week event, so enjoy!

Wedding and Romance Issue!

Is Friday! And the weekend is almost here…I have a quite a few things to get done before the weekend and I’m sure you do too...And of course with Super bowl on Sunday, many of you have plans, like cooking or hosting the event at your place for your family and friends. But don’t forget, if you want to do something good for your community, stop by today and tomorrow (Saturday Feb 5,2011) at the Holy Trinity Reception & Conference Center in Maitland for the “Second annual Table Extraordinary event”

This is a great event and the cost is only $10.00, but the great thing is that a portion of proceeds will benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central FL, so bring your family and friends and stroll through spectacular tablescapes. I’ll be there later today, so I can bring you some gossip and pictures of the event next week

And the last thing for your to do list, don't forget to pick up your latest issue of the Orlando Home & Leisure magazine; is filled with great article and all about weddings this month.

Well, whatever you doing, Have a great weekend!

Building your new Home -Sweet Home!

A few helpful tips on creating your registry from the industry's leaders ...

* Real Simple: Set up your registry early! “From the moment you announce your engagement, friends and family will want to send gifts,” says Karena Bullock Bailey, a New York City-based wedding and special events planner.

* The Knot: As much as you may be hankering for that gorgeous $350-a-place-setting silver, be sure to register for items in a wide range of price points: under $50, under $75, under $100, under $200, and beyond, so all of your guests can choose gifts they can afford. You don't want your college friend feeling overwhelmed by the fact that he can't find a single gift; and on the opposite side, you don't want your parents' closest friends to have to buy you a multitude of smaller items to give you a generous gift.

* Brides: You can register for more items than invitees, especially if you're listed at several stores—you want to provide options at various price points. Peri Wolfman, vice president of product design at Williams-Sonoma, suggests that you include one gift per shower attendee, priced between $30 and $50, and at least one gift per couple invited to the wedding, between $75 and $150. (Throw in a few items under $25, too.) Include several objects that aren't part of a set, such as a standing mixer, coffee pot or a pair of candlesticks. And consider big-ticket items for guests who want to pool their resources: luggage, furniture, electronics, even camping equipment make great group gifts.

* Martha Stewart: Etiquette dictates that registry information should never be included in a wedding invitation, even though some stores provide printed cards for this purpose. Instead, rely on your family members and wedding party to spread the word. That said, it is generally acceptable for the hostess of a shower to include these details on that invitation (indeed, this is where you might put those information cards to use). And if people ask you directly where you're registered, feel free to tell them.

* The Knot: Be gracious -- let your guests know their gifts have arrived -- promptly. Thank-you notes for gifts received before the wedding should be sent within two weeks of their arrival. Notes for gifts received on or after the wedding day should be sent within a month of your return from the honeymoon. In all notes, be sure to mention the gift by name.
